Contact Mid Kent Planning Support

Mid Kent Planning Support (MKPS) provides administrative and technical support for planning applications in Maidstone and Swale.

You can email or phone during their opening hours. Where possible, voicemails will be returned on the same day. MKPS will attempt to contact you three times and will leave a voicemail if they are unsuccessful.

MKPS are not able to advise whether your project requires planning permission. Any requests for this information will not be returned.

Mid Kent Planning Support (MKPS)

If you've submitted an application for planning consent and you've not heard from us within 10 working days, you can email psvalidation@midkent.gov.uk. You'll need to include the site address and your planning consent reference number.

Land Charges

Planning Policy

The planning policy team look at the allocation of land for development, environment protection and can help with questions including the Adopted Local Plan, Brownfield land and Neighbourhood Planning. You can also contact them to register land for self-building.
