Relief for small businesses

You may be eligible for small business rate relief if:

  • you use one premises
  • your premises' rateable value is less then £15,000

You may also be eligible for small business rates relief if you use more than one premises and the rateable value of each of them is less then £2,900.

Apply

To apply for small business rates relief, you will need to email the business rates team at ndr@swale.gov.uk. You'll need to include:

  • your business rates reference number
  • the address of your premises
