Order and replace bins and sacks
From Monday 25 March, we'll only collect full sharps boxes. We won't replace the one we've collected. You'll need to collect a new sharps box from your GP.
Collect a sharps box
Use this service if you:
- already have a sharps box
- your sharps box is full
- you need your sharps box collecting from your home
If you don't have a sharps box, you should contact your GP to get one.
This service is for residential properties only.

You can book a collection for a sharps box online.
You’ll need your address, including your postcode.
What happens next
Once you've contacted us we’ll aim to collect your clinical or sharps waste within 7 days.
We will not provide replacement clinical sharps boxes and these will need to be collected from a GP
