Premises Licence Full Variation: Langs Cocktail Bar

This consultation closes on Friday 20 March.

Lang's Cocktail Bar have made an application for a full variation of their premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

If their application is successful, Langs will amend conditions under the operating schedule to:

  • remove the requirement for an admission charge after midnight
  • change the age restriction from over 21 to over 18
  • change the condition for no entry or reentry after 01:00 to no entry or re-entry within 1 hour of closing
  • amend the opening hours and hours for licensable activities to add hours for holidays and to increase the hours for the sale of alcohol on weekends.
