Introduction

There are:

  • 20 beach huts in Leysdown
  • 35 beach huts in Minster

There are also:

  • 14 beach huts under construction at Leysdown
  • 12 beach huts under construction in Minster

You can rent or buy a beach hut but you must join the waiting list and pay a deposit first.

Paying for your beach hut

You'll receive an invoice:

  • each year if you're renting a beach hut
  • to purchase your beach hut, if you're buying one

Renting a beach hut

If you're renting a beach hut, you'll need to make your first rent payment to us before you can occupy it.

If you accept an offer to rent a beach hut, you'll need to pay a key deposit too.

You can rent a beach hut for a year at a time.

Rules for using your beach hut

There are certain restrictions you must comply with when using your beach hut.
