Borough council elections were held on Thursday 2 May, 2019.

You can see the results of the election as they become available from Friday 3 May.

Registering to vote

Voting in an emergency

In certain circumstances, where you have an emergency that means you cannot go to the polling station in person, you can apply for an emergency proxy if your circumstances have changed after 5pm on Wednesday 24 April because:

  • you had a medical emergency
  • you’ll be away because of work
