Home Energy Conservation Act Report
Home Energy Conservation Act 1995 (HECA) requires Swale Borough Council to prepare a report setting out the energy conservation measures that the authority considers practicable, cost-effective and likely to result in significant improvement in the energy efficiency of residential accommodation in its area.
2019 report
Swale Borough Council's HECA report details opportunities across the borough for energy efficiency improvements in residential accommodation, and sets out our ambition in this area.
This report will be updated every two years.
