We are very sorry to all those affected by delays to waste, recycling and garden collections as the crews get used to new routes and vehicles. We are working with Suez to improve the situation, and we’re providing updates with latest information.
Complain about a High Hedge
Use this service if you’ve already tried to settle a dispute about a hedge with your neighbour and they’re refusing to do anything about it.
If you haven’t tried to settle the dispute, we may reject your complaint.
Once you’ve made a complaint, you’ll need to pay £600 before we can process it.
To ask us to look at your dispute and make your payment online. You’ll need:
- an estimate of the height of the hedge
- the reference number for any previous complaints about the same hedge, if you’ve made them
- your neighbour’s address
Alternatively, you can download, complete and return a form (PDF 134KB)
If you download the form, you'll need to email it to planningsupport@midkent.gov.uk.
What happens next
We'll investigate your complaint.
