This CIA is linked to others being carried out in ECS relating to service changes in light of budget decisions for 2012/13. They will focus on the impact to service delivery and as such the impact on the wider community. This one focuses on the 5 staff ˜at risk of redundancy, and as such it is not considered the impact is sufficient to carry out a full CIA.
