Commenting on applications
Any comments you want to make on applications should be made within three weeks of the date of the weekly planning list being released.

Alternatively you can contact the Planning Team or write to Planning Services, Swale Borough Council, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HT. We will not send a message saying we have received your comment but you will be told of the result of the decision. On some applications it may be some time before a decision is reached.
Weekly Lists
Lists are kept online for at least 12 months - if you want to see an older list, you can contact the Planning Team. Using UK Planning, you can search for (by address or reference number) planning applications and decision notices submitted since 1 July 2003, where you can also submit comments on any current application. For older applications please contact the Planning Team.
