Two new affordable HomeBuy schemes

2 new affordable HomeBuy schemes at Eden Village and Spencer Park (off Thistle Hill)

There are two new developments available through HomeBuy in the Swale area. These new affordable homes could provide the perfect opportunity to buy your first property. Two new dates have also been arranged and they are as follows:

  • Spencers Park - Open event, 13 Aspen Drive, Minster ME12 3FN, 3pm - 7pm Thursday 5 August
  • Eden Village - Open Day event, 13 Iris Drive, off Brenchley Road, Sittingbourne, 12 - 4pm Friday 1st October 2010

Two bedroom apartments start from just £115,000 on both developments and Moat is able to offer prospective buyers the opportunity to purchase shares as low as 25%, equating to purchase prices from just £28,750.  For those people that can afford to purchase a higher share, we are happy to offer shares up to 75%, or whatever is affordable.

  • As demand is likely to be high, potential purchasers will be asked to state their first, second and third choices. Each application will then be assessed and properties allocated accordingly.
  • Please note that strict minimum income criteria apply. 
  • In order to be eligible for this development applicants must live or work in the Swale area.
  • Please note that it is likely that purchasers will require at least a 10% deposit for all mortgage deals.
  • In order to reserve a property, applicants will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £500.
