Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Reports

Swale Borough Council appointed consultants Scott Wilson to prepare a Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report.

This Scoping Report supports the Local Development Framework Core Strategy, the Faversham Creek Area Action Plan and the Sittingbourne Town Centre and Milton Creek Masterplan Supplementary Planning Document.

Natural England, the Environment Agency and English Heritage were formally consulted on the draft reports as required under the Strategic Environmental Appraisal Regulations. As a result, the reports have been amended and published.

The Scoping Report is now available. For ease of viewing it has been split into sections:
