Swale Borough Council's Legal Section provides a legal service to the Council and Officers.

No legal services are offered to members of the public although officers of the legal section are happy to answer queries about land in the ownership of the Council from interested parties.

The Legal Services section deals with all land matters, all actions in the Criminal and Civil Courts, all planning Public Inquiries and all legal aspects of planning, highways etc.
