LAMP (Leisure Activities for Mature People) is a group for active mature people aged 55 and over. We run a diverse range of activities including art classes, talks, massage demonstrations, short-mat bowls, badminton and Salsa. We are a user-led community group, supported by Sheppey Matters. To join this friendly group, just come to the Healthy Living Centre at the above times. You'll be very welcome!
