way back.
Blue Devils - Newly formed Blues band with expert
instrumentalists who have played with some of the best musicians in the
world. Not to be missed!
Bob Kenward (Fyrebox Sessions) - Bob has an enormous
following in Kent with his famous ‘Woodshed Session’ in Broadstairs, and
he is bringing this talent to Faversham for us under the Fyrebox banner.
Camine 3 - The well-loved folk duo but with a new
addition - the exciting ‘stick bass’ player Andee Price. Expect an act
with amazing skill and rich harmonies, playing eclectic styles & rhythms
from Celtic to Eastern European.
Elicium - A most promising Faversham School band.
They show all the signs of being the ‘next big thing’ so make sure you
see them here first!
Emily & the Beast - A music teacher by day, this
creative musician will delight with jazzy acoustic influences and
diverse musicality. An interesting twist to the show.
Fabulous Fezheads - Easily identified by their
attire (complete with fez) and mascot ‘Keith the Camel’! They can be
seen around The Sun Inn and the West Street area.
Faversham Mission Brass - This local band plays
festivals throughout Kent and will surely kick the music into another
gear.
Follia – Visitors from Belgium, this dynamic blend
of folk and jazz will certainly amaze, not least for their unusual
selection of instruments. Very talented, very engaging – a Hop Festival
must-see!
Goosebumps – Back by popular demand, this
Swing/Jazz/Jive band provide a foot-stomping foray into the cutting edge
of Jive.
Hamish Stuart & Friends - Hamish is a founder member
of world-famous ‘The Average White Band’ and has worked with the likes
of Aretha Franklin and Paul McCartney. The band is set to provide the
perfect festival finale. Hamish and his partner Clair now run ‘The Three
Mariners’ pub in Oare (with regular gig nights, of course).
Happy trails - Country/Cajun Americana, which blends
perfect harmonies, some great slide guitar, a little banjo, and a dash
of harmonica. An interesting look at music from across the pond in
cowboy country.
Hop Festival Band - Enthusiastic core of musicians
drawn from the local community who drag themselves through sheer
determination and team spirit to celebrate the new day, and to open up
the festival with lively, well-known traditional tunes.
Hot rats - With a high profile throughout the
international festival scene, this exciting trio would like to introduce
their new album ‘Tour de France’, recorded live during concerts in
France. Their distinctive presentation of Celtic & World Roots music
provokes the audience into action with everything tapping and moving to
their music ……no strangers to Faversham and glad to be back.
Hullabaloo - First-class kings of Jazz/Jive. How do
you find an act to run up to Hamish & Friends? Well, this is it! Most of
the band members have appeared at the festival in the past, and are
sporting a new CD this year… be sure to get a copy.
Jazz police: Half of Hullabaloo sometimes break away
from the rest of the band to provide an engaging and gentle foray into
‘between the wars’ jazz. They cover classic pieces from the era,
sometimes throwing in some post war hits that lend themselves perfectly
to the duo’s rock-solid harmonies.
MC Kevin Reynolds - Spending most of the festival on
stage keeping the schedule on course, Kevin will also demonstrate his
skills as a solo artist during the wind down session at The Phoenix
Tavern on Sunday afternoon.
MC Nico – He has played with many household names
throughout his music career. We are very lucky to have his talents on
stage to introduce fellow musicians and keep the
music rolling on schedule at all costs!
Kingsdown Band: A nine-piece band playing some great
covers from the charts. They sport a huge brass section to produce an
awesome big band sound

Festival weekend with this duo who cover a diverse range of hits and
classics from the 70s and 80s, from B.B.King to Supertramp.
Pearly kings and queens – A Cockney ‘knees-up’ which
has become a festival tradition. Members of The Lindley Players from
nearby Whitstable embody the spirit of hop picking through traditional
song, and we’re told made all the costumes right down to the last
button!
