Treasury Management Strategy
This strategy sets out and seeks approval of the proposed Treasury Management Strategy and Prudential and Treasury Management Indicators for 2018/19.
This strategy fulfils the Council’s legal obligation under the Local Government Act 2003 to have regard to both the CIPFA Code and the DCLG Guidance. Should the assumptions upon which this report is based change significantly, then a revised Treasury Strategy will be submitted for approval.
