Council Tax: Account and Billing Information, Banding Enquiries, Business Rates Payments, Change of Address/Circumstances, Credit/Debit Card Payments, Deceased Notification, Discount and Direct Debit Forms and General Enquiries.
Electoral: All Registration and Voting Enquiries
Environmental Services: Air Pollution, Abandoned Vehicles, Allotments, Animal Welfare, Bonfire Complaints, Cemeteries, Contaminated Land, Dog Fouling Reports, End of Life Vehicle Scheme, Environmental health, Fly Tipping/Fly Posting/Graffiti, Food Hygene, General Nuisance Complaints, Noise Complaints, Pest Control, Pollution control, Public Conveniences, Road/pavement cleaning, Smoke Free Enquiries, Street Scene, Unauthorised Encampments, Untaxed Vehicle Notifications and Untidy Land and Gardens.
Planning: Local land searches and Local planning and building regulation.
Refuse: Assisted Collections, Clinical Waste, Garden Waste, General Enquiries, Metal Collections, Missed Refuse, Recycling and Composting, Special/Bulky Waste Collections, Tip Enquiries and Wheeled Bin Requests and information.
Housing: Housing Register Enquiries (Please note the Council hold no housing stock - Housing is provided by Local Housing Associations)
Finance: Creditor Check or Invoice Enquiry and Sundry Debtor Payment or Enquiry
General enquiries: Anti-Social Behaviour, Bus Passes (Concessionary Fares), Complaints, Compliments, Feedback, General Payments, Parking on Grass Verges/ Cars for Sale on the Highway, Recruitment/Job Application Requests, School Holiday Activities and Licensing of local markets.
Highways: Disabled Parking Bays (all other HIGHWAY enquiries including potholes and street lighting are dealt with by Kent County Council).
Parking: Cone Requests, General Enquiries, Penalty Charge Notice Payments and Season Permit Renewals.
Recreation: Grass Cutting and Maintenance, Play areas and Leisure and sports facilities
