Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs)

Sittingbourne, Queenborough and Sheerness: Royal Naval Dockyard and Bluetown Conservation Areas, Character Appraisals and Management Strategies are now material planning considerations in the determination of planning applications. They also provide a framework for Development Management decisions in the respective Conservation Areas.

The SPDs were adopted on 31 January 2012. Copies of the Adoption Statements, the Consultation Statements and the Supplementary Planning Documents are available.
