Community Safety Plan

Community Safety Plan

Swale Community Safety Partnership (CSP) is a statutory body created as a result of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 which brings together six statutory partners to tackle crime, disorder, anti-social behaviour (ASB), substance misuse and from April 2010, reducing re-offending will become a statutory responsibility with Probation becoming a statutory partner.

The Community Safety Plan is a report detailing how the CSP will work to make Swale a safe and enjoyable place to live, work and visit.

The Swale Community Safety Plan 2008-11 is a rolling three year document, which highlights how the CSP plans to tackle community safety issues that matter to the local community. This plan is revised on an annual basis and the 2010 - 2011 refresh is available to download below.
