All car parks now have the facility to pay for parking by phone, app or text message. So, you don't have to insert cash into a machine and display a ticket.

You can also choose to receive an automated text message reminding you when your paid for time is going to end. The app is available for download on Android and Apple devices.

The Civil Parking Enforcement Team receive information regarding paid for time electronically via their handheld devices.

All existing Pay and Display machines will remain in place and continue to be used for customers that can't, or choose not to, pay by phone.

If you have any questions regarding the service, have a look at our Phone and Pay to Park leaflet (PDF 3.7mb) and these frequently asked questions.

Additional enquiries can be addressed to the service operator, Bemrose Booth, directly on 01727 229225.
